Today, our pharmaceutical industry with its qualified personnel and strong foundation, needs to increase its R&D investments to enhance its global competition power and to open to world markets. A strong scientific base is therefore very important. We, as the industry, should of course present opportunities to our valuable academic people and scientists to enable them to use their knowledge and talents and create value for our country. We should not let their intellectual experiences be used by the other countries."
